Create a daily prayer life

When we pray to God and ask him for help, did you know it is a two way conversation? Prayer is a conversation between us and God. Prayer requires focus, and attention to God and only God.

Find a quiet place and time to pray. Don’t be in a hurry to leave your requests with God, but take your time and really speak to him. As if he is sitting next to you. It is ok to laugh and cry with him. Open your heart to him when you speak to him.

God will deliver us from:

• Fear
• From Trouble
• Guard and Deliver us
• Show us Goodness
• Supply our Needs

But we must do our part:

• Cry out to him
• Trust him
• Fear him
• Refrain from Lying
• Turn from Evil
• Do Good and Seek Peace
• Be Humble
• Serve Him

Where and How to find the Words to Pray?

Read the Bible. The Bible is God’s word. the Bible is God’s message. the Bible is God’s commandments

In the New Testament, Matthew 6:9

Jesus disciples were aware that Jesus prayed and prayed often. They asked him how to pray and he gave them a short prayer to remember and recite;

” Our Father, Who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Your Kingdom Come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily Bread
Forgive us our Trespasses, as we forgive those who Trespass against us
And lead us not into Temptation,
But deliver us from Evil,
For thine is the Kingdom, The Power, and The Glory Forever
Amen.”

Set aside your time to pray, your time to have a conversation with God. I pray early in the morning, before the household wakes up, and the daily activities start. I do short prayers throughout the day, mostly thanking God, but sometimes asking him for help if the need arises.
If you are in constant communication with God, there are no surprises, He knows what you need, and you know he is all Forgiving and Loving.

Start today, Start having a relationship with our God, our Father, our Creator. Talk to God, Talk to Jesus, Talk to the Holy Spirit. Pray to them and Praise them for all things good in your life, and all things promised in your life.
